### 1. Definitions

* **Creator:** Ilsyaa
* **Source Code:** All code, configuration files, assets, and documentation contained within this package.
* **Purchaser:** The individual or entity who purchased this license.

### 2. Granted Rights (What You **CAN** Do) ✅

By purchasing this license, the Purchaser is granted a **non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable** license to use the **Source Code** under the following conditions:

* **Commercial Use:** The Purchaser is **fully permitted** to use the Source Code for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
    * Building web/mobile applications.
    * Integrating the Source Code into revenue-generating products or services.
    * Using the Source Code in client projects.
* **Modification:** The Purchaser is permitted to modify, alter, and adapt the Source Code to fit their project needs.
* **Product Distribution:** The Purchaser is permitted to distribute the compiled results or the finished product built using the Source Code (i.e., the finished application or website) to end-users.

### 3. License Restrictions (What You **CANNOT** Do) 🚫

The Purchaser is **STRICTLY PROHIBITED** from doing the following:

* **NO Resale of Source Code:** The Purchaser is strictly prohibited from selling, renting, sublicensing, publishing, distributing, or otherwise transferring the **original Source Code**, either in whole or in part, as a standalone code asset or development template to any third party.
* **NO Offering as Template/Kit:** The Purchaser may not sell the Source Code as a ready-made template, development kit, or boilerplate on any marketplace.
* **Copyright Ownership:** All copyrights and intellectual property rights to the original Source Code remain with the **Creator**.
